My products aren't working or are broken - what do I do?

Depending on the issue with the product, Roksan can usually send spare replacements for you to fit at home, without having to send them in for repair. 


If you are in need of spare parts, please see How Do I get Spare Parts? article. 


If your product needs repair with our technicians, we recommend, if within a reasonable time period, to contact the retailer you purchased these from, who can organise the repair or exchange the product for you. If it beyond a reasonable time to contact the retailer, Roksan do offer servicing and repairs. 


Dependant on warranty terms, Roksan will repair products under warranty at no cost. If outside of warranty, the pricing would be upon application, and is typically calculated based on labour, parts utilised and carriage.


NOTE: Warranty is voided if products are damaged from external factors, overdriving, water damage, incorrect or unsafe usage, or modifications made outside of Roksan technicians.
